BEDFORD, NH – Republican U.S. Senate candidate Bryant “Corky” Messner has announced the launch of a website targeting the progressive politics and leadership failures of incumbent Democrat Senator Jeanne Shaheen.

“It is high time that our Senator remembers her constituents, and what we need from our leaders. Unfortunately, Jeanne Shaheen is a career politician who has failed to represent the values of most Granite Staters,” says Messner. “She has lost touch with her constituents as a member of a permanent and privileged political class whose elitist members stay in office for decades.”

The DCJeanneShaheen.com website will regularly shine a much-needed spotlight on Senator Shaheen’s voting record, “as well as provide reality checks on how she spins that record and hides her true motives,” says Messner. “It will show that she cares more about keeping the Democrat leadership and her progressive cronies happy, ignoring New Hampshire voters and the issues that matter to them.”

The website this week includes a petition asking New Hampshire voters to demand that Shaheen oppose the $3 trillion stimulus package approved by the House under Speaker Nancy Pelosi and bound for the Senate.

The proposal, says Messner, “has less to do with helping New Hampshire families and businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and more to do with Democrats’ progressive agenda. Along with additional funding to help our economy, this $3 trillion boondoggle includes bail-outs, giveaways, and pork.”

The website petition asks voters to demand that Shaheen show leadership and abandon her practice of being in lock-step with Pelosi, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, and other Democrats in both houses.

It reads:
Demand that U.S. Senator Jeanne Shaheen show courage and leadership, and return to representing the people of New Hampshire. Join this effort to tell Senator Shaheen that she must abandon partisan politics and act on behalf and for the benefit of all Granite Staters, and REJECT House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s $3 trillion ‘stimulus’ package, a proposal that will damage our recovering economy and only serve to further the progressive political agenda of House and Senate Democrats and progressives.
